How far ahead should I book?
Weekday mornings can often be booked same-week. Evenings and Saturdays fill about two weeks out, and bridal or event bookings are best reserved a month ahead.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service, which we'll happily credit toward a future visit the first time.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, absolutely — polish changes and brow tidies are the easiest to squeeze in. For colour, lashes or anything over an hour, booking ahead guarantees you won't wait.
Can I bring a friend or book a group?
Please do. Our private suite seats two side by side, and for parties of three to six we'll reserve the whole back room — bubbly included for celebrations.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Just as you are. Come five minutes early for tea, wear something comfortable, and if it's a colour visit, day-two hair is perfect.
